In a galaxy known as the ”Sometime, Somewhere” sits a cluster of wild stars known as Omega Star 7. These are the tales of the crews who dare to call this place home. Sardonic, self aware, and a little bit silly. Omega Star 7 is what you‘d have if a famed science fiction satirist set out to write Dune, and ended up with Star Wars. Inspired by Westerns, Pulpy Science Fiction B-Movies, and Space Operas this show has a little for everyone. Whether it‘s the improvised dialogue, ”No-Earth” setting akin to Fantasy, or the Soundtrack filled with Synths and Sludgy Desert Rock. The Ballad of the Outlander
The Wayfarer has disappeared, Schyan was arrested and now works as an Enforcer at the EMC where Vax Arden was taken at the end of The Ballad of the Wayfarer.
Our Story is reborn as The Ballad of the Outlander. Picking up after Season 0 from a new Perspective. Following 3 Bounty Hunters as they deal with living in the World of Omega Star 7. From desert planets to seedy neon dive bars.
The Outlander's Story would follow Slip, Trae, and Sol as they find their way through the wild stars of Outlands. Eventually picking up Cala Mastros. As the story continues an ancient threat continues to grow. All while the crew of the Outlander faces themselves, their pasts, and each other.
The Ballad of the Wayfarer
The Ballad of the Wayfarer told the tale of a Motley Crew that had to deliver a shipment of Silt, a reality bending drug to the Rift, the most dangerous place in Omega Star 7.
Together, they faced down all manners of enemies. From the dreaded space pirates of Vax Arden, to an Eldritch Abomination known only as The Collector.
At the end of their tale they set off to find a bounty hunter named Slip. Possibly the only person who knows how to find the mysterious Kaziban Cyros, a racer who disappeared over a decade ago.
They have not been seen or heard from since.
The Ballad of the Wayfarer was an 8 part actual play told using the "Genesys" tabletop RPG from Fantasy Flight Games.
It is not Required Listening, as the events are retold in the Ballad of the Outlander.

However, courtesy of the Cartel he has been given a new lease on life, in the form of a Maintenance Droid. Now, all that's left for the boys is to collect the reward on Vax Arden's head. The Crew of the Wayfarer has made their mark on Omega Star 7. The Notorious Space Pirate Vax Arden has been captured and locked away in the Exodus Mining Colony. While all this is happening, a duo of Bounty Hunters, Slip and Sol, bite off more than they can chew when they pick up a scrapper named Trae in "The Rift" only days before the Collector decimates the population of Habitat Alpha B9. A Note to Listeners:
The first season (now "Season Zero") of Omega Star 7 was equal parts actual play using the Genesys Roleplay System from Fantasy Flight Games, and Audio Drama. The Reboot has made the shift into a full improvised audio drama format. While you are encouraged to go back and listen to Season Zero, it is not required for the Reboot as the events of the Season Zero's Actual Play will be explained throughout the course of the Rebooted Season One.
